A.N.N. Imports LLC failed to comply with Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requirements for food and beverage products imported from foreign suppliers. During a December 2021 follow-up inspection, the FDA found that the company had not developed, maintained, or followed an FSVP plan for any of its imported foods, including marinated chervil, Solomon's seal, peach compote, and peach nectar. The company did not respond to the FDA's Form FDA 483a observations issued on December 22, 2021, and these violations constituted significant non-compliance with Section 805 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and 21 CFR Part 1 Subpart L.
