Thirsty Run LLC and US Royal Honey LLC were cited for marketing unapproved and misbranded drugs through their websites without proper FDA authorization. Laboratory analysis confirmed that their products Etumax Royal Honey for Him and Dose Vital Honey for Men contained undeclared tadalafil (the active ingredient in Cialis), while Secret Miracle Royal Honey for Her contained undeclared sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra)—both prescription-only PDE-5 inhibitors. These undeclared pharmaceutical ingredients posed serious safety risks, as they could dangerously lower blood pressure when combined with nitrate-containing medications commonly used by patients with heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. The violations included illegally adding FDA-approved drugs to food products under Section 301(ll) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
