Despite labeling these products as "research only" and "not for human consumption," the company's website contained marketing claims explicitly describing health benefits such as lean muscle gains, bone health, and muscle recovery, establishing intent for human drug use. The FDA identified serious safety concerns with SARMs products, including documented cases of life-threatening liver toxicity and potential increased risk of heart attack and stroke in users.
