Zombieland LLC dba Mafia Street Vapor Company was warned for manufacturing and distributing e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. The company's e-liquid products, which contain nicotine from any source, are subject to FDA jurisdiction and must comply with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, including obtaining a "new tobacco product" authorization before commercial distribution. The warning also notified the company of expanded FDA authority over nicotine-containing products effective April 14, 2022, under amended legislation signed in March 2022.
