California Vaping Company Inc. was warned for manufacturing and distributing e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization from the FDA. The company's products, listed on their website, were determined to be "new tobacco products" under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and therefore subject to FDA jurisdiction and compliance requirements that took effect in August 2016.
