Old Tiles Wallpaper, LLC was warned for selling three unapproved drug products—"Wind River Skin Comfort Blend," "Wind River Cayenne Tincture," and "Wind River Elderberry Tincture"—through their website in violation of section 505(a) of the FD&C Act, as the products claimed to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure mpox without FDA approval. Two of the products were additionally found to be misbranded drugs under section 502(f)(1) of the FD&C Act due to missing required labeling information. The FDA took enforcement action in response to a nationwide public health emergency declaration regarding mpox and requested immediate cessation of all unapproved product sales making disease claims.
