Warrior Labz SARMS was warned for marketing unapproved new drugs including selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) like RAD-140, MK-677, and Ostarine, along with other unapproved products such as injectable peptides and prescription drug analogs, in violation of sections 505(a) and 301(d) of the FD&C Act. The company violated regulations by selling these products despite labeling them "for research purposes only" and "not for human consumption," when evidence from their website and Instagram demonstrated clear intent to market them for human use. The FDA identified significant safety concerns with these unapproved drugs, including life-threatening liver toxicity in SARMs users and risks of heart attack and stroke, as well as specific hazards associated with injectable and intranasal routes of administration.
