Team Full Steam LLC d/b/a Full Steam Vapor, a vape retailer in Hurricane, West Virginia, was found to be manufacturing and distributing electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products and e-liquids without complying with federal tobacco product regulations. Following a compliance inspection conducted on May 17, 2023, the FDA determined that the company's products violated the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and applicable regulations under the FD&C Act, as ENDS products have been subject to FDA jurisdiction since the August 8, 2016 deeming rule. The company was advised that their tobacco products must comply with all FDA requirements for ENDS products, including proper manufacturing, marketing, and distribution standards.
