New Manna Food, a ready-to-eat prepared foods facility in Guam that processes seafood, violated critical Seafood HACCP regulations (21 CFR Part 123) by failing to develop and implement a written HACCP plan with appropriate food safety hazard controls. The facility also failed to comply with food labeling requirements for its tuna salad sandwich product and did not register as required under FDA regulations. Additionally, the company did not respond to the Form FDA 483 inspection observations issued at the conclusion of the February 2023 inspection.
