Gadget Island, Inc. was warned for marketing three unapproved new drugs—"NUX Male Enhancement," "DYNAMITE Male Sexual Enhancement," and "ProPower Knight Plus 2550mg"—in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act sections 505(a) and 301(d). FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that all three products contained undeclared pharmaceutical ingredients tadalafil and sildenafil (active ingredients in prescription drugs Cialis and Viagra), which pose serious safety risks including dangerous blood pressure drops when combined with nitrates commonly used in cardiac medications. The products were also misbranded as dietary supplements despite containing prescription drug ingredients, violating section 502 of the FD&C Act.
