Yeager One Inc dba The Vaper's Ring, a manufacturer and distributor of e-liquid tobacco products, was found to be in violation of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act for failing to obtain premarket authorization for "new tobacco products" as required under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The company manufactured and offered e-liquid products for commercial distribution without the required FDA approval, making the products both adulterated and misbranded under federal tobacco regulations. E-liquids have been subject to FDA jurisdiction since the August 8, 2016 deeming rule that classified electronic nicotine delivery systems as regulated tobacco products.
