Elevate Your Wellness LLC sold unapproved and misbranded compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide drugs over the internet, violating sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The company made false or misleading claims that its compounded products were equivalent to FDA-approved branded medications and contained the same active ingredients, when in fact compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The FDA identified these violations during a website review in August 2025 and determined the products were unlawfully introduced into interstate commerce.
