Master Pharmaceuticals Group sold unapproved and misbranded compounded drug products, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, directly to U.S. consumers via their website. The company violated the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by using false or misleading claims that equated their compounded products to FDA-approved drugs (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound), despite compounded drugs not being FDA-approved.
