Inmar Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a food and beverage distributor in Arlington, Texas, violated Current Good Manufacturing Practice and risk-based preventive controls regulations when rodents and rodent activity were found in its facility, resulting in contamination of products stored and shipped to interstate customers from January through July 2023. The company's failure to maintain sanitary conditions and implement adequate pest control measures led to the adulteration of human foods, drugs, devices, and cosmetics held for sale in interstate commerce. Inmar initiated a voluntary recall of affected products following the FDA inspection conducted from June 22 through July 19, 2023.
