Discover Health, LLC d/b/a Discover CBD and Strain Snobs was cited for distributing multiple unapproved new drugs containing CBD, CBG, HHC, and Delta-8 THC (including cartridges, salves, isolate powders, and lotions) in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act sections 505(a) and 301(d), and for misbranding these products under section 502(f)(1). The company also offered food products (infused coffee, gummies, and CBD water) that were adulterated because they contained unsafe food additives. The violations were identified during an FDA review of the company's websites from June to August 2023.
