GCHNC LLC, operating as Hemp XR and related entities, was warned for selling adulterated food products containing Delta-8 THC and CBD through their website, including gummies, candies, honey, and other edibles that bore or contained unsafe food additives in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The company's Hemp XR CBD Honey 500 MG product also violated additional FD&C Act requirements regarding unapproved new dietary ingredients. The FDA determined these products were illegally introduced into interstate commerce and required the company to cease distribution.
