Go Vapor LLC, an e-liquid manufacturer based in Louisiana, was cited for manufacturing and distributing tobacco products without required premarket authorization under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. The company's electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products and e-liquids were deemed to be unapproved "new tobacco products" lacking the FDA premarket approval mandated for any tobacco product not commercially marketed before February 15, 2007. The inspection found that Go Vapor LLC had failed to comply with FDA regulations governing newly deemed tobacco products, including ENDS components and parts, which became subject to FDA jurisdiction effective August 8, 2016.
