HS Global Distribution LLC, doing business as O&Z Wholesale, was warned for selling and distributing e-liquid tobacco products without proper FDA premarket authorization. The company failed to comply with the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requirements applicable to tobacco products containing nicotine from any source. Under FDA jurisdiction that expanded in March 2022 to include all nicotine-containing products regardless of source, the company's e-liquid products were determined to be unapproved "new tobacco products" lacking the required premarket authorization orders for legal marketing in the United States.
