JP & SN Enterprises Inc. d/b/a eCigs International was warned for manufacturing and selling e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization orders, violating the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. The FDA identified that e-liquids sold through the company's website were deemed tobacco products subject to FDA jurisdiction as of August 8, 2016, yet lacked the legally required marketing authorization to remain in commercial distribution in the United States. The company failed to comply with new tobacco product regulations that mandate premarket authorization for any tobacco product not commercially marketed in the U.S. before February 15, 2007.
