During FDA inspections in March 2023 and November 2023, investigators found the company had not established any FSVP despite importing covered produce that legally requires such verification to ensure compliance with U.S. food safety standards. The company did not respond to the FDA's Form 483a observations issued on November 30, 2023, compounding the significant compliance violations.
