Titan Star Resources d/b/a Vape Vandal Ltd. was warned for offering electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products for sale in the United States without required premarket authorization, in violation of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. The company's website was selling tobacco products containing nicotine that had not obtained premarket approval orders as required for "new tobacco products" under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The FDA's enforcement action reflected its expanded jurisdiction over products containing nicotine from any source, which took effect in April 2022 under the Consolidated Appropriations Act.
