Walker Trading Company, Inc. was warned that its e-liquid products sold through vapedojo.com are tobacco products subject to FDA regulation under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, but lacked required premarket authorization orders for these "new tobacco products." The company failed to comply with section 910 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, which requires all new tobacco products not commercially marketed before February 15, 2007 to obtain marketing authorization before being legally sold in the United States.
