North Creek Farm, a shell egg producer and processor in Little Falls, NY, failed to comply with federal Salmonella prevention regulations during FDA's February-April 2025 inspection. The farm violated 21 CFR Part 118 requirements for preventing Salmonella Enteritidis in shell eggs during production, storage, and transportation, and did not maintain a written Salmonella Enteritidis control program as required. These violations rendered the shell eggs adulterated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act due to preparation under insanitary conditions that could allow contamination.
