HDFrenchies LLC dba Bully Baum marketed unapproved new animal drugs including Bully Baum No Seize, Can-B-Gone Cancer Oil Extract, and Brain & Neurological products with disease treatment claims such as stopping seizures, treating cancer, and managing heart disease and epilepsy. The products violated federal law by being manufactured in unregistered facilities and not being listed with FDA as required, while also making therapeutic claims that classified them as drugs under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. The FDA identified these violations during a website review conducted from October to November 2024, determining that the company was introducing and delivering these unapproved drugs into interstate commerce in violation of section 301(a) of the FD&C Act.
