Adja Khady Food Distribution Inc, a food importer in New York, failed to comply with Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requirements for multiple imported food products including ginger candy, cereal, and chocolate spread. The company did not develop, maintain, or follow an FSVP plan for any of the foods it imported, violating section 805 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and 21 CFR part 1, subpart L.
