FDA investigators found Listeria monocytogenes contamination in environmental samples collected throughout the production facility and linked the company's products to a multistate outbreak that sickened ten people across California and Nevada as of July 2025, prompting a recall of RTE foods with use-by dates between April 22 and May 19, 2025.
