Berries @ More LLC, a food and beverage importer located in McAllen, Texas, failed to comply with the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) regulation required under section 805 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. During an FDA inspection conducted May 22-28, 2025, investigators found that the company did not develop, maintain, and follow an adequate FSVP to verify that imported foods met applicable U.S. food safety standards. Although the company submitted a response on June 4, 2025 acknowledging the violations and promising corrective measures, it failed to provide supporting documentation demonstrating that any corrective actions had been taken.
