Better Health Labs, Inc. dba Measured was warned for misbranded compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The company falsely represented itself as the compounder of these drugs on its website when it was not, and made misleading claims that its products contained the same active ingredients as FDA-approved drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro, implying FDA approval or evaluation when the compounded products had not been approved. The FDA identified violations under sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the FDCA through a website review conducted in December 2025.
