Weightless Medical LLC dba WeightCare was cited for misbranding compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide drug products offered on its website. The company falsely represented itself as the compounder of these drugs by displaying the "WeightCare" name on product labels when it was not actually manufacturing them, violating sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The misbranded products were introduced into interstate commerce through the company's website, constituting prohibited acts under the FDCA. The FDA conducted its review of the company's website content in December 2025 and issued the warning letter in February 2026.
