Dripgym Mobile Parent, LLC dba Amp Health was warned for making false or misleading claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products sold through their website. The company misrepresented itself as the compounder of these drugs when it was not, and falsely implied FDA approval by claiming the products contained "the same active ingredient" as FDA-approved drugs like Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, despite compounded drugs not being FDA-approved. These violations of sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act resulted in misbranded drugs being introduced into interstate commerce.
