FT DISTRO INC., d/b/a Happy Global was warned for selling and distributing electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products without compliance with FDA tobacco product regulations. The company failed to obtain required premarket authorization orders for "new tobacco products" as mandated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, despite FDA's expanded jurisdiction over all products containing nicotine from any source (effective April 14, 2022). The Center for Tobacco Products determined the company's ENDS products were being marketed and distributed in the United States without the legally required premarket authorizations.
