The company did not develop, maintain, or follow any FSVP plan as required by federal regulation (21 CFR part 1, subpart L), despite conducting business as a food importer. FDA inspections in July 2023 and January 2025 identified these significant violations, and the company failed to respond to the Form FDA 483a observations issued on February 6, 2025.
