Natural Adventure, LLC was warned for selling unapproved new drugs—Purity Sanitizer with 70% Alcohol and Purity Essential Oil Blend—that claimed to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure COVID-19, violating section 505(a) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The products were also found to be misbranded drugs under section 502 of the FD&C Act and were illegally introduced into interstate commerce through the company's website and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
