Edora Solutions, Inc d/b/a JoJo Vapes Vandalia was warned for manufacturing and distributing e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization, violating the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. The company failed to comply with FDA requirements applicable to newly deemed tobacco products, specifically electronic nicotine delivery systems that have been subject to FDA jurisdiction since August 8, 2016. The inspection found that the e-liquid products were being offered for sale or distribution in the United States without the necessary premarket authorization required for "new tobacco products" under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
