Everyday Import & Export, Inc. failed to comply with Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requirements for food and beverage imports, as mandated by section 805 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. During a January 2022 inspection, the FDA identified significant violations including the company's failure to develop, maintain, and follow an FSVP to verify that imported foods met applicable U.S. food safety standards. This was a repeat compliance issue, as the company had been inspected multiple times since December 2017, and the company did not respond to the FDA's Form FDA 483a observations issued at the conclusion of the inspection.
