Gentleman's Draw LLC was warned for manufacturing and distributing e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization from the FDA. The company's products, which contained nicotine and were offered for sale on their website, failed to comply with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requirements for new tobacco products, which mandate premarket approval before legal marketing in the United States. The warning was issued following the March 2022 expansion of FDA jurisdiction to include products containing nicotine from any source, not just tobacco-derived nicotine.
