Vapewell Supply LLC was warned for manufacturing and selling e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization. The FDA determined that the company's e-liquid products, offered through their website, fell under FDA jurisdiction as tobacco products containing nicotine and were not in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The warning was issued following the March 2022 legislation that expanded FDA's definition of tobacco products to include all products containing nicotine from any source, regardless of origin.
