The company violated the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by making drug claims on product labels and marketing materials that established these products as drugs intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease in animals without obtaining FDA approval. The FDA inspected the company's online sales channels in May 2022 and identified multiple products across various dosages for dogs and cats that lacked the required new animal drug approvals.
