Coastal E-Liquid Laboratory/GC Vapors LLC was cited for manufacturing and distributing e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization from the FDA. The company's products, sold through gcvapors.com, were deemed to violate the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act by failing to obtain marketing authorization orders as required for "new tobacco products" under section 910 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
