Osment Enterprises, LLC d/b/a The Vapor Apothecary was warned for manufacturing and distributing e-liquid tobacco products without required premarket authorization under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. The company's e-liquid products, which are electronic nicotine delivery systems deemed tobacco products as of August 8, 2016, were found to be noncompliant with Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requirements, specifically lacking the premarket authorization required for new tobacco products not commercially marketed in the United States prior to February 15, 2007.
