Bespoke Apothecary LLC sold unapproved COVID-19 products—including a "COVID kit" and "Post Virus Recovery Herbal Tea"—through their website and social media platforms with claims to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure COVID-19, violating section 505(a) of the FD&C Act.
