The company had been inspected on July 19, 2021, and again in December 2021, with FDA investigators providing observations on both occasions, yet the company remained non-compliant with FSVP requirements as of the March 28, 2022 warning letter date. Despite the company's August 2021 commitment to complete FSVP documentation by 2022, no response was received to the December inspection findings.
