Advanced Nutritional Supplements LLC was cited for marketing six dietary supplement products (New God of Rage, God of War, New God of Fire, Legion: Extreme Fat Burner, Laxovar: Natural Recomposition, and Uprising: Natural Testosterone Support) that contained undeclared or non-compliant ingredients, rendering them adulterated under federal law. The company violated the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by including higenamine HCl, hordenine HCl, and 5-alpha-hydroxy-laxogenin as dietary ingredients, when these compounds do not meet the regulatory definition of dietary ingredients under Section 201(ff)(1) of the FD&C Act.
