The FDA determined that the company's e-liquid products, which are deemed tobacco products under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, were being sold through their website in violation of section 910 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, which requires new tobacco products to obtain premarket authorization orders before legal marketing in the United States.
