Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 2026 · AgentQ, a ComplianceQuest product.
What this covers
This notice describes how AgentQ (“we”) handles information when you use the site's FDA regulatory-intelligence tools, including the AI assistant “AgentQ,” the calibration and assessments, and the watchlist.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your email and account details; and, if you calibrate, your role/title, function, company name, company size, and your self-rated answers.
- Assessment & usage data: the answers and scores you generate, the companies you add to your watchlist, and questions you ask AgentQ.
- Stored in your browser: your profile, assessment results, and a visitor identifier are kept in your browser's local storage so the experience personalizes. These are cleared when you sign out.
- Technical data: standard request metadata (e.g. IP address) used for security and rate-limiting.
How we use it
- To provide the tools, personalize your dashboard, run assessments, and answer your questions.
- To operate and secure the service (including abuse prevention).
- With your engagement, to follow up about the product. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.
Service providers we share with
- Anthropic, powers AgentQ. The content of your questions and the profile context you send are processed to generate answers.
- Supabase, hosts the application database and authentication.
- Calendly, used only if you book a specialist call.
- Salesforce / Pardot, used, when enabled, to manage sales follow-up for accounts and bookings. We do not send the names of companies you watch to our CRM.
