Terms of Use

Informational only, not advice

AgentQ provides regulatory intelligence and decision support. Nothing on the site, including AgentQ's answers, exposure readings, assessment scores, inspection drills, and remediation drafts, is legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and using the site does not create a professional or advisory relationship. Verify everything against the current Code of Federal Regulations and your own quality judgment before acting.

No compliance guarantee

The site does not determine, certify, or guarantee your compliance with FDA requirements, and a favorable score or a passed practice drill is not a prediction of any actual FDA inspection outcome. FDA determinations are made only by FDA.

Not a system of record

AgentQ is not a controlled quality-records system and is not intended to create or retain records subject to 21 CFR Part 11. Do not rely on it as your system of record for controlled documents, decisions, or signatures.

Data sources

Enforcement data is drawn from public FDA sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or machine-extracted (for example, Form 483 observation text read from FOIA PDFs). It is presented as a pointer to the record, not as FDA's verbatim wording. Confirm against the official source before relying on any figure or quotation.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI features. We may rate-limit or suspend access to protect the service.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
